Doctor of Chiropractic
A Dallas native and Highland Park High School graduate, Dr. John Botefuhr received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Upon graduation, Dr. Botefuhr worked at Hillcrest Hospital in Oklahoma City for 3 years and interned as a Physical Therapy aide at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Dr. Botefuhr went on to receive a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles before returning to his old stomping grounds. He worked in several clinics, achieving status as clinic director for several facilities before branching off and buying a work and traffic accident-centered clinic. He rebranded as Adjust Chiropractic over 10 years ago and set up its home near the Arboretum.
With over 22 years of experience in chiropractic care, Dr. John Botefuhr specializes in functional, effective care for chronic pain, sports injuries, workers compensation cases, and personal injuries that come from car collisions and traffic accidents.

Jennie is the welcoming face of our office! She assists patients with scheduling, check-ins, and making sure each visit runs smoothly. Jennie enjoys creating a warm and friendly environment, so every patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Chiropractic Assistant
Jennifer works closely with the doctor to support patients throughout their care. She assists with therapies, prepares patients for treatments, and helps ensure every visit is efficient and comfortable. Jennifer also helps translate for the doctor in Spanish, allowing us to proudly serve our community as a bilingual office so all patients feel understood and supported.
Mari
Stretch Therapist
Mari specializes in therapeutic stretching to help patients improve mobility, reduce tension, and support recovery. She also offers deep tissue massage, focusing on relieving muscle tightness and helping patients move and feel better in their everyday lives.
